From an early age Eddie had a very active lifestyle. He believes working from a strong foundation is key to proper training. The most satisfying part of his job is helping people not only transform themselves physically, but develop a healthier, happier mindset towards life overall.

Justin has a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, is an avid fitness enthusiast who believes in overall health and wellness. He is a former rugby player who enjoys spending his time outdoors cycling as well as running and competing in triathlons and obstacle course races. He has successfully worked with clients of all ages and incorporates a motivational structure that works best for each individual.

Sandy grew up in Mamaroneck New York. She discovered her passion in fitness five years ago and loves being able to help people see the benefits of exercise. She graduated college with a Bachelors in English Literature and a minor in Sports Studies. She is certified in personal training by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and also has a Kettlebell level 1 certification.
