We created Push ACES to help you get started with a new exercise regimen, not only so we’re better equipped to plan our sessions, but also to inspire you to achieve greatness. In other words, we want to deal you the best hand.
HOW DO I BECOME PART OF THE PUSH ACES?
When you arrive at Push Fitness for the first time, together with your trainer, you will perform a series of exercises that help determine your current level of physical fitness. We'll put all the cards on the table and start you off in right direction.
HOW DO YOU MEASURE MY FITNESS LEVEL?
Our Fitness evaluation test consists of:

Our test is based on the amount of time you can complete this series of exercises. The results can be used to design your exercise program accordingly.
How much does it cost?
The best part about this is it’s FREE. We only ask that you bring a positivity and motivation to your evaluation.
