Our Push Max Bootcamp class is the best of everything: cardio, strength training, muscle tone and core! At each class, we use a variety of cardio equipment, free weights, and resistance bands so not one workout is the same. Here are some of the amazing benefits of Push Max Bootcamp:

This class puts you to the test and delivers results. The power of strength training and cardio performed as intervals results in more energy, visible toning, and extra calorie burn for up to 36 hours.


Take your fitness to the next level. This 60-minute class is our most challenging. You'll get everything that's great about Push Max 45 and with more time you'll experience more intensity and an even tougher workout.
