Take your fitness to the next level with Push Personal Training. No matter your level of fitness, we will educate, motivate, and inspire you to reach your goals, big or small. Training sessions are one hour or half hour and are custom designed for YOU.
Whether it's off-season preparation or in-season supplementary workouts, the life of an athlete is ongoing. We believe in cross-training to succeed in any competitive sport. With a combination of strength training and cardio days, our trainers will plan out the most beneficial workouts for the determined athlete.
The program will take place at Push Fitness at 3:20PM Monday-Thursday. Each session is 45 minutes and your child has the opportunity to attend 1-4x/week.
