Want improved cardio? Increased strength? A stronger and tighter core? Push Max includes all of these elements. It is an intense, fast-paced class blending all of the essential elements of fitness. Each week of Push Max will be carefully planned to flow seamlessly together, targeting your entire body, and separating our program from traditional group exercise programs at competing facilities.

CLASS INFORMATION

Remember to bring your own towel. We have bottled water (for $1) at the front desk for your convenience. The closest parking requires meter payment between the hours of 8AM - 6PM. We have change at the front desk if needed.
