Take your fitness to the next level with Push Personal Training. No matter your level of fitness, we will educate, motivate, and inspire you to reach your goals, big or small. Training sessions are one hour or half hour and are custom designed for YOU.
In just 30 minutes, our trainers can up your fitness level and start working towards your goals. Within the first half-hour, you'll receive a detailed evaluation that helps set up your customized program. Sessions that follow will cater to your specific needs with your goals in mind.
A one-hour personal training session with a Push trainer is like no other. You'll receive the same treatment as you would in the 30 Minutes with additional time that leads to greater intensity and even greater results. Through 60 Minute sessions, you'll experience tough, stimulating workouts with carefully planned exercises to produce unmatched results.
Each class is carefully planned to ﬂow seamlessly together, targeting your entire body, and separating our program from traditional group exercise programs at competing facilities.
Want improved cardio? Increased strength? A stronger and tighter core? Our Push Max class is the best of everything: bootcamp, spin, row & run! At each class, we use a variety of cardio equipment, free weights, and resistance bands so not one workout is the same. It's not your ordinary class and we like to surprise you every time you come in.Register
Every Saturday from 9:15-10:15 a.m., class goers can sweat through an extended Push Max class. Throughout this 1-hour class, attendees are PUSHed to their limits. Recommended for the regular class participant and anyone ready to up the intensity!Register
When the weather gets nice, we're bringing our classes outside every Sunday morning. You can expect everything you love about Push Max mixed with a little sunshine and a great view! Sunday classes will be held at Harbor Island at 9:00 a.m.

Meets every Saturday at 8:30am. Fast runners, slow runners, heavy runners, skinny runners. We run in the cold, we run in the heat, in the humidity, in the rain, in the snow, on trails - it’s all fair game. No excuses. We offer more than a place to run.
