From an early age Eddie had a very active lifestyle. He believes working from a strong foundation is key to proper training. The most satisfying part of his job is helping people not only transform themselves physically, but develop a healthier, happier mindset towards life overall.
Justin has a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, is an avid fitness enthusiast who believes in overall health and wellness. He is a former rugby player who enjoys spending his time outdoors cycling as well as running and competing in triathlons and obstacle course races. He has successfully worked with clients of all ages and incorporates a motivational structure that works best for each individual.

Catherine is the glue that holds Push Fitness together. She is a jack of all trades. From marketing to special events to daily operations of the studio, she is the ultimate team player. She loves fitness: her 2017 fitness goal is to perform unassisted pull-ups! She also has great morning shake recipes! If you see her around the gym, ask her about it!
Meaghan is a Certified Personal Trainer, fitness enthusiast, and coffee lover. She is passionate about helping clients reach their goals and emphasizes the importance of combining exercise and nutrition to get results. Running is her favorite past-time activity and she is looking forward to completing her next half marathon.
