From an early age Eddie had a very active lifestyle. He believes working from a strong foundation is key to proper training. The most satisfying part of his job is helping people not only transform themselves physically, but develop a healthier, happier mindset towards life overall.

Justin Gaita

Lead Trainer - Certified CSCS, Crossfit L-1

Justin has a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, is an avid fitness enthusiast who believes in overall health and wellness. He is a former rugby player who enjoys spending his time outdoors cycling as well as running and competing in triathlons and obstacle course races. He has successfully worked with clients of all ages and incorporates a motivational structure that works best for each individual.


Manager - Certified GEX, BS, C-PT, SPT

Catherine is the glue that holds Push Fitness together. She is a jack of all trades. From marketing to special events to daily operations of the studio, she is the ultimate team player. She loves fitness: her 2017 fitness goal is to perform unassisted pull-ups! She also has great morning shake recipes! If you see her around the gym, ask her about it!

Amanda DeRaffele

Yoga Instructor

A lifelong Westchester County resident, Amanda is a 200 Hour registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance. Her fitness-based yoga class is designed to improve balance, build strength and increase flexibility.  As a certified Power Yoga for Sports instructor, Amanda creates customized programs for athletes focusing on recovery of muscles used and injury prevention.


Registered Dietitian

Elyssa is a registered dietitian with over 6 years experience in the health and fitness industry. By relying on a combination of evidence-based science and her background as a former NPC competitor, she has helped hundreds of clients safely reach their fitness goals. Her guilty pleasure: late night binge-watching the Food Network!

Paul Barakat

Personal Trainer – ATC, CSCS, USAW

Paul is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Certified Athletic Trainer. Paul has worked with athletes of all levels, including youth, high school, Division I, and professional. He’s also successfully treated patients of all ages and fitness levels while working as a Head Athletic Trainer in an orthopedic physical therapy clinic. Skilled in analysis and education of movement, Paul’s passion is developing his clients’ awareness and connecting them with how their body moves. 


Personal Trainer – SPT, C-EP

Steve is a Certified Exercise Physiologist from the American College of Sports Medicine and a Physical Therapy student who will be receiving his DPT in May of 2018. Steve has experiences ranging from training D1 Athletes to people just looking to build strength and get into shape. Steve has completed multiple clinical rotations in PT settings and has been perfecting his craft of building functional strength while also addressing pain and physiological limitations. Steve has developed a training regimen that’s core belief is developing solid foundational strength while also becoming familiar with and mastering your body’s full range of motion.
