From an early age Eddie had a very active lifestyle. He believes working from a strong foundation is key to proper training. The most satisfying part of his job is helping people not only transform themselves physically, but develop a healthier, happier mindset towards life overall.
Lead Trainer - Certified CSCS, Crossfit L-1
Justin is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is an avid fitness enthusiast who believes in overall health and wellness. He is a former rugby player who enjoys spending his time outdoors cycling, as well as running and competing in triathlons and obstacle course races. He has successfully worked with clients of all ages and incorporates a motivational structure that works best for each individual.
Manager - NASM, BA
Catherine is the glue that holds Push Fitness together. She is a jack of all trades. From marketing to special events to daily operations of the studio, she is the ultimate team player. She loves fitness: her 2018 fitness goal is to run a Spartan Race! She also has great morning smoothie recipes! If you see her around the gym, ask her about it!
Personal Trainer – ATC, CSCS, USAW
Paul is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Certified Athletic Trainer. He has worked with athletes of all levels, including youth, high school, Division I, and professional. He’s also successfully treated patients of all ages and fitness levels as the Head Athletic Trainer in an orthopedic physical therapy clinic. Skilled in analysis and education of movement, Paul’s passion is developing his clients’ awareness and connecting them with how their body moves.
Personal Trainer – SPT, C-EP
Steve is a Certified Exercise Physiologist and will be receiving his DPT in May of 2018. He has experiences training D1 Athletes and people just looking to build strength and get into shape. He has been perfecting his craft of building functional strength while also addressing pain and physiological limitations. He has developed a training regimen that’s core belief is developing solid foundational strength while also becoming familiar with and mastering your body’s full range of motion.
Elyssa is a registered dietitian with over 6 years experience in the health and fitness industry. By relying on a combination of evidence-based science and her background as a former NPC competitor, she has helped hundreds of clients safely reach their fitness goals. Her guilty pleasure: late night binge-watching the Food Network!
Class Instructor – NASM
Having attended countless Push Max classes, Margaret lives and breathes Push Fitness. Her enthusiasm about fitness is positive and warm and she's a great addition to the team. She's recently participated in the Paine to Pain half marathon and a Spartan Race. In addition to loving fitness, Margaret is also a mom of twins who are off to college and she teaches Pre-K!
